Student Health Services is dedicated to building a healthy campus community through quality healthcare, health promotion, and student wellness programs that support academic and personal success. Under the general supervision of the Director of Student Health Services, the Health Education Program Assistant supports the development, coordination, promotion, and delivery of health education initiatives, outreach programs, and campus events. The position assists with creating educational materials, coordinating workshops and wellness activities, managing program supplies and inventory, and providing administrative and logistical support for departmental initiatives. Working collaboratively with campus and community partners, the incumbent helps advance evidence-based health promotion efforts and fosters student engagement, wellness, and lifelong healthy habits. |

Serving as a key advisor to campus leadership, the Director oversees labor relations activities, grievance administration, workplace investigations, dispute resolution, and employee conduct matters while fostering positive labor-management relationships. The position collaborates with union representatives, legal counsel, and campus partners to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, federal and state laws, CSU policies, and University requirements. Additionally, the Director leads staff personnel policy development, records compliance initiatives, and serves as the University's ADA/Section 504 Coordinator, advancing institution-wide accessibility, compliance, and employee relations best practices. |
