TRIO programs are federally funded initiatives that support first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students in achieving their educational goals through academic, personal, and financial support services. Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for Student Success, the Federal TRIO Director provides leadership for the planning, implementation, and assessment of TRIO programs, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and advancing student success outcomes. The Director oversees program operations, budgets, grant activities, staff development, and student-centered programming while building strong partnerships with campus and community stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by expanding educational access, supporting student achievement, and fostering pathways to college success and graduation.
